Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has received a huge boost to his Champions League hopes of qualifying for the final at the end of the month - with defensive duo Jurrien Timber and Riccardo Calafiori both back in training, according to reports.
The Gunners fell 1-0 to Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates Stadium last week, and will need to score against the French outfit on Parisian turf if they are to have any chance of progressing to their first Champions League final for 19 years. And that has become a lot easier, with Timber and Calafiori - estimated to be on a combined £210,000-per-week - both back on the grass.
Arsenal insider Charles Watts posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday morning, first stating that Timber was back in training - before following that up with a picture from London Colney, adding that the Italian international was back amongst the first-team after some time out since March's international break.
