PSG handed new Arsenal Champions League semi-final injury boost amid Ousmane Dembele doubt

Paris Saint-Germain have been handed an injury boost ahead of the Champions League clash against Arsenal.

The Gunners will travel to the Parc des Princes looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final against PSG.

Mikel Arteta's side lost the first leg thanks to an Ousmane Dembele goal at the Emirates Stadium last week and will now need to claim a victory in Paris in order to have a chance of reaching the Champions League final.

Arsenal have been forced to deal with several injury concerns throughout the season and it will be no different for their trip to Paris. Their opponents, PSG, are also sweating over the fitness of some of their stars for the clash against the Gunners.

PSG star Lee Kang-in emerged as a potential fitness concern after being substituted in their defeat to Strasbourg in Ligue 1 on Saturday.

The playmaker was withdrawn at half-time after concerns he'd picked up an injury in the first half, while defender Lucas Hernandez was also substituted at the interval with a possible fitness issue.

Even though there were fears that Lee would not be available for the clash against Arsenal, that may not be the case after all. The South Korea international was spotted in training on Tuesday in the build-up to the clash against the Gunners.

It remains to be seen if Lee will be available to face Arsenal on Wednesday. The 24-year-old was an unused substitute in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium last week.

PSG boss Luis Enrique will also be hoping to have Dembele available to face Arsenal. The France international suffered a hamstring injury in the reverse fixture in North London, but did take part in Tuesday's training session after missing the defeat to Strasbourg on Saturday.

Enrique made 10 changes to the PSG team that beat Arsenal for their clash against Strasbourg in Ligue 1 last weekend. Joao Neves was the only player who started both games, while Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendes and Marquinhos were left out entirely.
