BREAKING - Arsenal make Jurrien Timber and Riccardo Calafiori squad decision for PSG clash

Arsenal stars Riccardo Calafiori and Jurrien Timber have both travelled to Paris with the rest of their teammates before Wednesday night's Champions League semi-final second leg with Paris Saint-Germain.

Both players took part in today's final training session before Wednesday night's showdown (8pm). Calafiori has been missing since sustaining a knee injury - back in March - while Timber was forced to miss Saturday evening's defeat to AFC Bournemouth due to a knock.

Timber played 83 minutes in the first leg, before being replaced by Ben White. Head coach Mikel Arteta admitted after the Gunners' loss to Bournemouth that he wasn't confident of the Dutchman being fit. "Confident? At the moment, no, because he wasn't able to play here and we play in four days," he said.

However, he has now travelled to France alongside Calafiori. The pair were pictured boarding the plane to Paris alongside the rest of their teammates.

Their returns come as a huge boost for Arsenal with Gabriel Magalhaes and Takehiro Tomiyasu already leaving Arteta short in defence. Jakub Kiwior has filled in for Gabriel alongside William Saliba at centre-back and is expected to remain in the back four for the remainder of the season.

For PSG, Ousmane Dembele has been confirmed to be available for Wednesday night. The forward, who scored the winner in the first leg, had sparked fears over his availability after seeming to pick up a knock in north London.

"He's been training with the group for two days," Luis Enrique said. "I have him at my disposal tomorrow." Dembele has scored 33 goals and assisted another 12 assists this season.
