Milos Kerkez to Liverpool is a 'done' deal, according to former Arsenal forward Ian Wright. The Hungarian has been linked with a move to Anfield after impressing for Bournemouth this season.
Kerkez, 21, joined the Cherries from AZ Alkmaar for £15.5million in July 2023 and has impressed since his move to the Vitality Stadium. He enjoyed a fine debut campaign on the south coast and has taken his game up a level this term, cementing himself as one of the best left-sided defenders in the Premier League.
It has been reported that the Reds are set to dip into the market for a long-term replacement for Andy Robertson, with Kerkez lined up as a potential option. Arne Slot is aware that Liverpool need to add more players despite winning the title, and one of the areas they plan to address is at left-back.

Reports have suggested that the Reds want to sign Kerkez and Bournemouth are willing to sell him for £45m - almost three times the amount the Cherries paid for him two years ago.
Although nothing has been confirmed, Wright said that Kerkez to Liverpool is 'done'. Speaking after Bournemouth beat Arsenal on Saturday, Wright and Michael Owen dissected the Cherries' performance and how tough it could be for them to keep hold of some of their star players this summer.
"That's a talented team," Owen said about Bournemouth while working for Premier League Productions over the weekend. "They've got some really talented players in the squad. As I just referred to before, they might just have a really difficult summer trying to shield a lot of their players away from the pack, really.
"Liverpool might come in for Milos Kerkez. You've got Antoine Semenyo, who's a top player. Arsenal are looking for their centre-half as well, maybe, Wrighty?"
"Yeah, Dean Huijsen, he's really impressive," Wright replied. "I think Kerkez, that's probably done, for me. The amount of talk we've been doing for so long, that's probably done, which is a shame (for Bournemouth).
"He's a fantastic player."
Huijsen is another player that has been linked with a move to Liverpool. The 20-year-old Spain international has been exceptional in his debut Premier League campaign after arriving for £13m from Juventus last summer. He scored and won the Player of the Match after his side's win at Arsenal.
There is an expectation that, despite signing less than 12 months ago, Huijsen is going to depart the Cherries in the upcoming transfer window. He has a £50m release clause in his contract, and Liverpool, alongside Chelsea and Real Madrid, are tracking his progress and are interested in a potential move.
