The Blues are all but in the final after Enzo Maresca's men dominated the first leg last week with a 4-1 win.
It would require a monumental collapse from Chelsea for them not to progress past the Swedish minnows this evening.

Here we go! Chelsea have one foot in the Europa Conference League final and are facing Djugarden at home to finish their semi-final job.
Enzo Maresca's side hold a 4-1 lead over the Swedish side heading into the second leg and should be confident of reaching the final in Poland.
