Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham have all made firm offers to try and sign Dean Huijsen from Bournemouth this summer.
That’s [according to Cadena SER](https://cadenaser.com/nacional/2025/05/08/huijsen-autoriza-negociar-con-el-real-madrid-a-un-despacho-de-abogados-esperan-pero-quieren-una-oferta-cuanto-antes-cadena-ser/), who report that the Premier League quartet are all making efforts to sign the defender from Bournemouth.
They initially report on Real Madrid’s interest in the centre-back, explaining that a law firm in Madrid have been given written authorisation by the Bournemouth man to negotiate with the Spanish giants on his behalf.
Donny, the player’s father, is in charge of the player’s affairs but has handed over power to the law firm so they can negotiate directly with Real Madrid.
They are willing to wait, but the Huijsen family want an offer as soon as possible so that they can talk to Bournemouth and get a deal done.
However, there are already firm bids from the Premier League. Chelsea are best placed, have him as a priority signing and want him for the Club World Cup. Huijsen values their offer highly as it is currently the strongest.
But Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham have all put forward firm, formal proposals to him and his camp too. The law firm, meanwhile, are waiting for Madrid to give them position to offer their own firm offer.
The Spanish side don’t hide the fact they like the Bournemouth star but would prefer to wait, particularly as they need to see what Xabi Alonso, who is expected to replace Carlo Ancelotti in the dugout, wants for his side.
That gives Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham an advantage and they’ve all made firm proposals to the defender.
