Michigan football matched a program record with three first-round NFL Draft picks, and the Wolverines had seven players selected overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Now, all but one of them have new numbers with their pro franchises, as the program shared recently:
DT Mason Graham, who wore 55 at Michigan, will wear No. 94 with the Cleveland Browns.
TE Colston Loveland, who wore No. 18 at Michigan, will wear No. 84 with the Chicago Bears.
DT Kenneth Grant, who wore No. 78 at Michigan, will wear No. 90 with the Miami Dolphins.
CB Will Johnson, who wore No. 2 at Michigan, will wear No. 0 with the Arizona Cardinals.
OLB Josaiah Stewart, who wore No. 0 at Michigan after starting in the No. 5 jersey, will wear No. 41 with the Los Angeles Rams.
RB Kalel Mullings, who wore No. 20 at Michigan, will wear No. 28 with the Tennessee Titans.
OT Myles Hinton, who wore No. 78 at Michigan, will keep his number with the Philadelphia Eagles.
In addition to the seven draftees, Josh Priebe (Miami Dolphins), Donovan Edwards (New York Jets), Makari Paige (New York Giants) and William Wagner (Cincinnati Bengals) signed as undrafted free agents. And earlier this week, U-M safety Quinten Johnson earned an invite to try out with the Atlanta Falcons.
The Wolverines were the only college program this year with multiple top-10 NFL Draft picks. U-M's three first-round picks tied the program record set in 1995 (Tyrone Wheatley, Ty Law and Trezelle Jenkins) and 2001 (David Terrell, Steve Hutchinson and Jeff Backus).
A total of 421 Wolverines have been chosen all-time in the NFL Draft, including at least one player in 87 consecutive NFL Drafts (1938 to present), which continues setting an NCA record.
The program's resurgence on the football field has coincided with better success on draft day: 42 Michigan players have heard their names called in the past five NFL Drafts, top among Big Ten schools during that stretch.
