Chicago Bears rookie minicamp notebook 2025: Day 2

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — This past offseason the Chicago Bears made it a point to focus on the offense, an area of the roster the franchise has struggled with over the years. They hired an offensive-minded head coach in Ben Johnson, arguably the best coaching candidate on the market this year. They then made Declan Doyle the youngest offensive coordinator in the league while adding many valuable assistant coaches.

And then came the players.

Chicago addressed the offensive line in free agency and through trades, then added both Luther Burden and Colston Loveland with their first two picks of the 2025 NFL Draft. And now, Doyle is excited about what they have done personnel wise.
