Browns Rookie Strongly Questioned After Minicamp Performance

The Cleveland Browns selected one of the most high profile draft classes in recent memory this past April, including former Colorado Buffaloes star Shedeur Sanders, former Oregon star Dillon Gabriel and former Michigan star Mason Graham.

Fans, media and Browns coach Kevin Stefanski, along with his coaching staff, got a chance to see the rookies up close and personal this weekend, including first round selection Mason Graham, who became the subject of a video viewed nearly six million times on Sunday.

NFL insider John Frascella posted a video of Graham working through drills in Cleveland before casting doubt on his abilities in a video that drew thousands of reactions as of Sunday afternoon.

"I don't care what anyone says, this is not a 5th overall pick in the NFL Draft, you can't draft people on 'name value,'" Frascella wrote.

Fans had a wide range of takes in the comments with some taking up for Graham and others criticizing Frascella for basing his take off of footage of the Michigan rookie without pads on.

"The kid PIT took, Derrick Harmon, looks like the real deal," one said. "Would have picked him every day of the week and twice on Sunday over Graham."

"Agreed...Very overhyped. A very Cleveland draft pick," another added.

Frascella compared Graham's footage to footage of Dolphins rookie Kenneth Grant, whom he called a "monster" on the field.

"Wait, just wait. You will see. And learn. Wait..," another added, appearing to take Graham's side in the debate.

"Dude this gimmick is getting old," another fan said of Frascella.

"You're better than this. Showing a 20 second clip as proof of someone being a bust is horrible rage bait."

"Still think he'll end up being a stud, especially playing alongside Myles (Garrett)," another added.
