Barcelona’s Shark bagged three assists during the game but felt he deserved a spot-kick after his shot was blocked by Aurélien Tchouaméni’s arm.
Referee Hernandez Hernandez was even sent to the screen to check by the VAR but still decided he didn’t want to award a penalty.
It was a controversial moment and prompted Ferran to take to social media after the 4-3 win for Barcelona.
The forward posted a photo of the incident along with an emoji that showed just what he thought of the decision.
Barcelona also saw a late goal from Fermin Lopez chalked off for a handball that would have made the final score 5-3 against Los Blancos.
Fortunately for Barca, the two decisions did not prove costly as they ran out deserved winners in any case. Yet it’s another game where the refereeing is in the spotlight and has left many fans furious with the match officials.
