Arsenal’s new 2025/26 goalkeeper shirt appears to have leaked ahead of official release.

Arsenal’s latest new shirt for the forthcoming 2025/26 season appears to have been revealed after photographs of it were leaked online ahead of the kit’s official release.

The Gunners’ goalkeeper jersey has now been unveiled, not long after details of the club’s home, away and third kits appeared to have been leaked – Footy Headlines has details of the top that David Raya will be wearing next season as he works to ensure Arsenal don’t miss out on silverware once more.

Adidas’ new design has quite a lot in common with the existing goalkeeping kit, although the simpler style may appeal to fans who prefer a cleaner look.

Arsenal’s new goalkeeper kit for the 2025/26 season leaked

The new first-choice goalkeeper kit for next season – assuming the leaks prove to be accurate – is once again predominantly yellow, with a bright yellow chest fading into a paler colour on the hem and sleeves.

Red stripes crest the shoulders of the new shirt, in the pattern commonly seen on Adidas football kits, and the regular Arsenal club badge and manufacturer’s logo are printed in red to match, with the front and sleeve sponsors in the same colour.

The style matches the new Arsenal home kit, which is light on detail other than shoulder stripes and which minimises the use of different colours to produce a simpler, more straightforward design which – in the case of the home jersey at least – has somewhat divided opinion.

The kit will be available in long and short-sleeved variants (depending on how chilly Raya is finding it, presumably) and alternate goalkeeper shirts are likely to be revealed at a later point.

Adidas keep things simple with new kits

Aside from the relatively basic designs, some fans may raise an eyebrow at the similarities between the new goalkeeper’s jersey and this season’s, which was also yellow and featured dark orange trim which is rather similar in colour to the red detailing on the new kit.

The fractal pattern across the shirt meant that the 2024/25 kit was certainly rather more lively – as our model, Raya, helpfully demonstrates above – but it’s unusual for a kit manufacturer not to mix up colour schemes across seasons.

Rather more of a concern is precisely who will wear the shirt alongside Raya next season. Neto’s season-long loan from Bournemouth is set to come to a close, and many pundits expect there to be offers for Aaron Ramsdale once he returns from Southampton in the summer.

So it’s likely that Raya will have a new colleague sporting the new yellow kit alongside him, although who that might be remains unclear. A new goalkeeper is just one of several changes we can expect to see across the Arsenal squad as Mikel Arteta aims to put a disappointing end to the current campaign to one side and cobble a more earnest challenge for the Premier League title together.

It isn’t yet clear when Arsenal’s new kits will officially be announced or made available for purchase, but details of next season’s pre-match shirt also appear to have been made available online.
