Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will have a 'big voice' in the Gunners' transfer window, alongside new sporting director Andrea Berta - with the journalist stating that the Gunners are set to bring in at least three new positions in the summer.
Their season came to an end on Wednesday evening after a loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, leaving them unable to win any silverware for the fifth year running under Arteta, having last picked up a major honour in 2020's FA Cup final.

This summer will see them spend heaps of money, with GMS sources already stating that the club could splash out on £300million-worth of incomings to finally get them over the line in the title race or any domestic cup, for that matter.
Martin Zubimendi is already one transfer target who appears to be over the line, with Romano giving a deal for the Real Sociedad midfielder his 'here we go' treatment earlier in the week - but more will be needed to transform them into a top-level side.

And Romano has now revealed that Arteta will play a key role in their transfer and planning for the future - though it's going to be a 'very huge' summer in north London, with a winger, striker and defender at least on their radar. He said on his YouTube channel:
"Mikel Arteta is still having a big voice in terms of transfers and planning for the future steps.
"It's going to be a very huge and important summer at Arsenal.
"A new striker; of course, we know about that, but I'm told that Arsenal will also bring in a new winger for sure, that's the intention. They are also looking at defenders and more, so it's going to be very busy at Arsenal."
Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak has been billed as their top transfer target, though whether they'll be able to land him remains to be seen.
Elsewhere, Nico Williams and Ademola Lookman have both been touted for a move to the Emirates Stadium, but Arteta will surely wait until the end of the campaign to seek moves for players who don't have release clauses, unlike Zubimendi.
