Arsenal came from behind to draw 2-2 against Premier League champions Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
The Reds started brightly and raced into a two-goal lead, with Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz netting in quick succession.
Shortly after the break Gabriel Martinelli halved the hosts’ lead at Anfield, before Mikel Merino netted his ninth goal for Arsenal to draw Mikel Arteta’s side level.
The Spaniard was then sent off, though, after lunging into a tackle and picking up a second yellow card.
Arsenal are set to finish as runners-up in the Premier League for the third consecutive campaign, while Liverpool have already secured the title for just the second time in the club’s history.
Off the pitch, it appears that Arsenal could soon be dealt another blow.

Sane, 29, joined Bayern from Manchester City in 2020 and has since played more than 200 times for the German giants, scoring 61 goals and providing 55 assists.
The report claims that Sane has held talks with a number of clubs including the Gunners, as his current contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
It has been made clear to the player that he will have to take a pay cut on his current annual salary of around £12.6 million.
Sane is said to be keen to agree a deal that would earn him a figure in the region of £10 million annually, but the club are currently offering less than that.
Bayern are said to be confident about their chances of reaching an agreement with the player in the near future.
Arteta, meanwhile, is said to be an admirer of the Germany international having worked with him during their time at Manchester City.
