Speculation over Andy Robertson's Liverpool future may have just got its final answer by his club manager.
The Scotland captain has long been linked with the Anfield exit door for months due to his age and injury concerns this campaign.
Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez appears to be the rumour mill's favourite name for a long-term replacement for the 31-year-old at left-back.
But the former Dundee United youngster has a contract until next summer and has been vocal in his desire to stay on Merseyside, while his teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold jets off to Real Madrid.
'Robbo' backed up his rally cry with a barnstorming performance in the 2-2 draw with Arsenal on Sunday.
You couldn't blame him if he thought his showing positive showing went a long way to guaranteeing an extended stay on Merseyside.

But if he was in any doubt then how Arne Slot reacted with minutes to go spoke volumes.
Robertson thought he had grabbed the last-gasp winner before he was cruelly denied by a foul in corner moment before he scored Virgil van Dijk's rebound.
The former Hull City star wheeled away to celebrate before blasting the heavens upon hearing the referee's whistle.
The camera's immediately panned to the touchline where Slot let out an animated reaction - clearly displaying his desire for his defender to get on the scoresheet.

The Liverpool head coach put his hands to his head and then covered his mouth in horror as he pleaded to the fourth official for an explanation as to why the goal wasn’t given, with the Reds’ joy proving to be extremely short-lived.
The Dutch gaffer's heartbreak is the clearest indication yet that he is a big fan of the Scotland stalwart.
For many Arsenal fans, Robertson should never have been involved in the closing stages in the first place.
Many Gooners felt he deserved a red card for putting his hand on Bukayo Saka's throat before pushing him over in the second half. However, former official Dermot Gallagher was having none of it on Sky Sports' Ref Watch.
"Foul. Full stop. I just can't see how that can possibly be a red card," he said.
