With news that the Cleveland Browns have signed former Steeler's safety Damontae Kazee, let us look at what this means for the position room in 2025. We don't know the contract details yet but I would guess it will be a veteran salary benefit deal which will pay him close to the league minimum. He was on the minimum in 2021 and 2022, then in 2023 he got a four year qualifying contract paying him close to $3m. Then he got $3m last season.
