Spadaro: Early schedule release leaks tease plenty of excitement on horizon

We know 3 of the Eagles' 17 regular-season games and, gotta say, they're great. They're national. They're in the spotlight. When you are a team coming off a World Championship season, you're going to be featured in a big, big way.

That's what to expect as the 2025 Philadelphia Eagles regular-season schedule rolls out.

The ones we know already, ahead of Wednesday's 8 PM full release: [Dallas comes to town on Thursday](https://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/news/2025-nfl-season-kickoff-philadelphia-eagles-dallas-cowboys-jalen-hurts-dak-prescott), September 4, 8:20 PM kickoff (NBC/Peacock) at Lincoln Financial Field. Of course, the Super Bowl LIX banner will be unveiled at that time.

Dallas has been active in the offseason, ushering in new Head Coach Brian Schottenheimer, some new pieces for the offense – first-round draft pick Tyler Booker for the offensive line, former Eagles running back Miles Sanders for the backfield, and wide receiver George Pickens among the additions.

Last season, the Eagles outscored Dallas to the tune of 75-13 in two victories. This, however, is a new season and two new teams. Still, it's the same rivalry – one of the most intense and scrutinized in the entire NFL.
