It's set to be a hectic end to the 2024/25 season. Liverpool have already claimed the Premier League title but other English clubs could be flaunting silverware very soon.

Manchester United and Tottenham go head-to-head in the Europa League final later this month in what is effectively a Champions League playoff. And with that, the pair are expected to considerably boost their summer transfer warchests.

That's when silly season really can start. In fact, a number of stars have already been linked with moves over the coming months, with rumours already starting to fly around. With that being said, take a look at the latest rumours from the Premier League and beyond:

Diaz to enter contract talks

Luis Diaz has hinted that he could sign a new contract at Liverpool despite growing reports of a potential exit. The Colombian has been strongly linked with moves to Barcelona or Saudi Arabia in the past, but in a huge boost for Arne Slot, Diaz appears to be content at Anfield.

“Since the first day I arrived, I’ve always been happy, calm, enjoying the football played at this great team,” he told Colombian news outlet Telemundo Deportes.

“We’ll be talking about it [about renewing], we’ll talk about it. For me, I’d stay however many years it takes. It also depends on the club, everything. These are details that are worked out separately. But I’m very calm, happy and enjoying the Premier League.”

Gunners fail with Bernal bid

Arsenal have seen a bid for Chelsea wonderkid Freddy Bernal rejected it has been claimed. It's reported that the Gunners have offered around £1.25million for the young goalkeeper, who has yet to make his senior debut.

But the Blues are determined to keep him around at Stamford Bridge for the immediate future. Bernal has played five times in the Under-18 Premier League this season, including starts in the last two matches, He was also named in the England Under-18 squad for a trio of March internationals, though he remained on the bench against the Czech Republic, France and Portugal.

Amid their interest in Bernal, Arsenal already have two talented young goalkeepers in their squad, having signed Lucas Nygaard and Tommy Setford from Nordsjaelland and Ajax respectively.

Semenyo jumps United queue

Manchester United have made Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo one of their priorities in the summer transfer window, instead of Bryan Mbeumo. The Red Devils are keen to add a new forward to their squad after what has been a wretched campaign.

And as per Sky Sports, Semenyo has moved up their list. Amorim's side could face competition for either of the two, with Liverpool and Newcastle also reportedly keen on both men, but no decision is expected until United's Champions League fate has been decided.

"I've said many times: we are a selling club. But at the same time we have to reinforce that there are 10 clubs in the world who aren't selling clubs," Brentford boss Thomas Frank told Sky Sports when asked about Mbeumo's future.

"So, of course, if the right price - and that's going to be expensive - is coming, then I'm sure the club will be open for it. But I'm very happy he's here, and I'm convinced that Bryan will still be happy playing football here."
