Arsenal face a battle to sign the Chelsea player.
Arsenal are 'working hard' to sign a shock Chelsea player, according to stunning reports.
Arsenal have gone another season without a major trophy following their crushing Champions League exit to Paris Saint-Germain last week.
In the Premier League, they've fallen short to Liverpool, who secured their 20th English league title.
Arsenal are set to have a busy summer transfer window as they look to recruit new talent to close the gap on their rivals.
And it appears the Gunners are eyeing a player from one of their biggest rivals.
According to Le 10 Sport, Arsenal want to sign Andrey Santos from Chelsea.
But Arteta's side face stiff competition from PSG, who are also keeping tabs on the Brazilian midfielder.
However, it's unclear whether Chelsea would be prepared to sell him.

Santos joined Chelsea from Vasco da Gama in January 2023.
But he returned to Vasco da Gama on loan without playing a game for his new side.
Santos then signed for Nottingham Forest on loan, but he was recalled after making only two appearances in five months.
In February 2024, the 21-year-old moved to Strasbourg on loan for the rest of the season. The loan was extended for one more season last summer.
He has yet to play a match for Chelsea.
Arsenal snapped up the likes of Riccardo Calafiori and Mikel Merino last summer as Arteta declared that the club are ready for a 'big summer' of spending.
"The way we planned the five first summers (since I took charge), they were going to be very big and they were going to have different objectives because the turnaround of players and the objective of those windows was different," he said.
"Now we want to increase the depth of the squad, but as well we want to increase the quality and the skills that we need to go to the next step. It's going to be a big one and we are very excited about it."
