Tuttosport: Roma sweating about future of star – Milan, Chelsea and Bayern circle

**Mile Svilar’s performances are attracting the attention of some big clubs around Europe, and AC Milan have been mentioned among them.**

As Tuttosport (via [Calciomercato.com](https://www.calciomercato.com/news/roma-intrigo-svilar-cosa-sta-succedendo-le-voci-sul-milan-16844)) report, Svilar’s top-level performances, combined with a precarious contractual situation and the situation of the Giallorossi linked to the Settlement Agreement that weighs on their finances, Roma could have their backs against the wall.

**Milan in for Svilar**

-----------------------

Svilar has established himself as one of their best players this season, so much so that Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Milan are keen. The Rossoneri in particular are [**waiting in the wings**](https://sempremilan.com/longo-moncada-likes-roma-goalkeeper-svilar) should they lose Mike Maignan, who will be the captain in the decisive Coppa Italia final against Bologna.

Svilar has an agreement worth just €900k net per season plus bonuses and an expiry date set for 2027. Roma now find themselves in a delicate position because the Serbia international – who arrived on a free transfer – would represent a significant capital gain for the club’s accounts.

The management, however, are determined to keep him. The goalkeeper has already rejected the first proposal for an extension of €1.8m net per year plus bonuses until 2029 so a new bid is coming, one worth €3m per year.

The crux, however, remains the release clause which the player’s agent – Vlado Lemic – would like to insert, making it valid starting from the summer of 2026. Negotiations are ongoing.
