Chelsea and Arsenal are the frontrunners in the free transfer race for Leroy Sane, sources have told Football Insider.

Chelsea are intensifying their interest in the winger following a new twist in the future of Jadon Sancho, with widespread reports suggesting they are ready to pay a penalty to see him return to Man United.
