Jadon Sancho's future remains far from clear with doubts over his place at Chelsea and Manchester United almost certain not to reintegrate him back into their squad.

The 25-year-old is currently on loan at Stamford Bridge after joining Enzo Maresca's men late in the summer transfer window. After an impressive start to life in London, he has struggled to make an impact on the pitch.

In 40 games for the Blues, the England international has scored four goals and assisted 10, but he has managed just two goals and four assists in 2025. There is an obligation to make Sancho's loan move a permanent one in the summer for £25million, but there are serious doubts over that going through.

It's understood that Chelsea can escape the permanent transfers if they pay a £5m penalty to United. Earlier this week, The Mirror reported that they were ready to say goodbye to the former Borussia Dortmund winger in the summer.

A return to Germany has been touted for Sancho but it has now emerged that a different exit route could be presented to him. According to Turkish outlet Yeni Asir, Fenerbahce are attempting to sign Sancho to bolster their attack for next season.

The Yellow Canaries have conceded the Super Lig title this season to rivals Galatasaray and Jose Mourinho's side are expected to push for big names for next term. The report states that a deal worth £25m is being considered after Mourinho approved the deal.

United are claimed to now value Sancho at less than £20m with his reported £250,000-per-week wage demands expected to be a stumbling block in any deal. A move to Fenerbahce would see Sancho reunited with ex-United midfielder Fred, who joined Mourinho at the Ulker Stadium in 2023.

Turkey has welcomed some high-profile names in recent years with Victor Osimhen, Youssef En-Nesyri, Sofyan Amrabat, Davinson Sanchez, Milan Skriniar and Allan Saint-Maximin all making moves in recent years.
