Mike Keegan reports for the Daily Mail that the Premier League and EFL summer transfer deadline will no longer be at 23:00 BST, as per previous windows. Instead, the window will close at 19:00.
The change is reportedly aimed at giving staff a more normal working pattern, so employees at clubs and the leagues themselves don’t have to work beyond midnight.
Though some officials are concerned that other leagues will be able to keep trading players after the English deadline. Though some European leagues are reportedly considering a similar change.

As for the dates of the summer window, there will be two periods of activity, due to the Club World Cup.
The first runs from June 1st to June 10th, and the second runs from June 16th to September 1st. The Premier League have evidently still not agreed to close the window before the start of the season, despite regular suggestions that they might.
The winter window dates are also known, with the window opening on January 1st and closing on February 2nd.
