One of the biggest losers of the NFL offseason has been Will Levis. The former second-round pick of the Tennessee Titans is essentially in limbo after the team took Cam Ward with the No. 1 pick.
He could still have some value as a backup, but the Titans may prefer to trade him away, if possible. The New Orleans Saints may have just become a potential buyer.
They already have three young quarterbacks on the roster, but with Derek Carr's recent retirement decision, they may want to bring one more name into the room. Moe Moton of Bleacher Report floated Levis as a possible replacement for Carr.

"If not Week 1, Ward will start sometime in the upcoming campaign," Moton wrote. "Teams could inquire about Levis with the thought that he can be a serviceable starter if the coaching staff supports him with a strong ground attack and reliable targets in the short passing game. In that setting, the Kentucky product can get the ball out quickly or to his running backs and avoid unnecessary turnovers.
"Turning 26 in June, Levis has room for technical growth to complement his mobility and arm strength."
The asking price for Levis should be low. A Day 3 draft pick should be enough to convince the Titans to move him.
Levis showed some flashes as a rookie, but played very poorly in Year 2. He still has a ton of talent that could entice a team with an offensive-minded head coach like the Saints.
