Barcelona youngster Jofre Torrents has signed a contract renewal at Barcelona that will leep him at the Catalan club until 2028.
The 18-year-old has put pen to paper on his new deal after months of talks between both parties.
Torrents has been tipped to have a big future at Barcelona and is said to be very much part of [sporting director Deco’s plans for the future at the club](https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2025/4/4/24398027/deco-includes-la-masia-talent-jofre-torrents-in-barcelonas-left-back-plans).
According to Jijantes, Torrents has a good chance of doing pre-season with the first team in the summer which would offer him the chance to try and impress Hansi Flick.
Barcelona currently have Alejandro Balde and Gerard Martin as their options at left-back but have been tipped to try and strengthen at full-back this summer.
However, Torrents is clearly a player to watch out for and will be hoping he can break into the first-team in the near future.
