Bayern Munich star Leroy Sane has switched agents in a major boost to Arsenal’s hopes of landing the winger, sources have told Football Insider.
The 29-year-old is out of contract at Bayern next month and had been heading towards a renewal – but is now being represented by Pini Zahavi.
Sane has rejected multiple offers from the Bundesliga champions and could become a free agent in weeks, putting Arsenal and other Premier League admirers on red alert.
The Gunners are keen to add attacking reinforcements this summer and have sat up and taken notice of the Germany international’s contract situation.

He could return to the Premier League this summer having left Man City, where he worked under Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, for Bayern in 2020.
Sane has made 44 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring 13 goals and notching six goals with Bayern winning the Bundesliga title.

He has won four German titles since joining the Bavarian side for a fee of around £54million after add-ons.
Sane also won two Premier League titles in England, scoring 39 goals and notching 44 assists in 135 appearances for Man City under Pep Guardiola.
He is a key part of the Germany international set-up under Julian Nagelsmann and has now racked up 69 caps ahead of next year’s World Cup.

Arsenal set sights on Gyokeres deal
Meanwhile, Football Insider has revealed that Arsenal have made Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres their top striker target for the summer transfer window.
It has been widely reported that Gyokeres will cost around £60million this summer and that fee will provide no problem for the Gunners.
He has hit 52 goals and notched 13 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions this term.
