One Chelsea star has been offered exit route by Turkish giants. The Blues currently have him on loan from Manchester United. But, they will need to sign him permanently this summer.
The star in question here is Jadon Sancho. He joined United as a talented youngster from Borussia Dortmund. But, the English winger was unable to carry his form to the Premier League. As a result, he started to fall down pecking order.
Later, Sancho had an argument with then United boss Erik Ten Hag. As a result, he had to spent the first half of last season on bench. Later, he was shipped on loan back to Dortmund. The player once again shined bright there but failed to secure his place back in United squad.
Sancho was then sent on loan to Chelsea last summer. The Blues have an obligation to buy him at the end of the season. They will need to pay £25 million to secure his signature. But, they also have an option to pay £5 million and cancel the deal.
Chelsea to sell Sancho right after signing him?
Sancho had a good start to his career at West London. But, he has once again failed to stay consistent. As a result, he has fallen down the pecking order. The Blues can opt to cancel his permanent deal or sell him right after triggering their obligation to buy clause.
According to Yeni Asir, Sancho is being linked with a move to Fenerbahce. Their boss Jose Mourinho has given green light to try and sign the Englishman. But, the player will also have his say about the potential move. He may still dream of joining a bigger club.
Man United are clear about their plans with Sancho. They will want the Blues to pay £25 million and sign Sancho permanently. But, if the Blues cancel the deal by paying penalty fee, they will immediately make Sancho available in the summer window.
