WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Chiefs are filling up the NFL’s holiday schedule
After being announced for a Christmas Day game against the Broncos earlier this week, it was revealed on Wednesday morning that the Chiefs will also play on Thanksgiving.
That game will be played in Dallas against the Cowboys, who have hosted a Thanksgiving Day game every year since 1978.
The Chiefs last played on Thanksgiving Day in 2006 when they beat the Broncos 19-10 at Arrowhead Stadium.
Their last game against Dallas on Thanksgiving was in 1995. The Cowboys won that one, 24-12.
The full NFL schedule is set to be released on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. The Chiefs’ opponents include the Ravens, Lions, Texans, Bills and a Super Bowl rematch with the Eagles.
