Exciting Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes Announcement Made on Wednesday

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce have been two of the top players in the NFL since 2018, leading the Kansas City Chiefs to three Super Bowl wins in five appearances.

But the two Chiefs stars have built their relationship off the field, attending numerous events together. They even spent some time during the offseason playing a round of golf in Pinehurst, NC, a location for the US Open.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that Kelce and Mahomes will be attending yet another major event together, but this time they will be staying in Kansas City for the annual Big Slick KC fundraising event from May 29-31.

Mahomes will be making his first appearance at the event since 2024.

"🏈 MVP & Super Bowl champ @PatrickMahomes and winner of the most accurate pass across T-Mobile Center is back for #BigSlickKC 2025!" Big Slick KC posted on X. "KC’s own quarterback legend is stepping up once again to support the kids at @childrensmercy - welcome back, Patrick! 💙🔥"

Kelce, on the other hand, will also be attending for the first time since 2024.

"🏆 3x Super Bowl champ & all-around legend (and receiver of that longest pass across T-Mobile Center) @tkelce is joining #BigSlickKC 2025!" Big Slick KC added in a separate post. "The @Chiefs star tight end is bringing big energy and big heart to support the kids - welcome back, Travis! 💙🙌

Big Slick KC was founded back in 2010 by actors and Kansas City natives Rob Riggle, Paul Rudd and Jason Sudeikis. Since then, they have added Eric Stonestreet, David Koechner and Heidi Gardner, bringing the total host count to six.

The event raises money for the Cancer Center at Children's Mercy Hospital, already earning "more than $24 through sponsorships, a live auction, branded merchandise and various other fundraising campaigns since the event was launched."
