The Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions each play every Thanksgiving, and now they also will play on a second major holiday in 2025.
The NFL on Wednesday announced the matchups for a Christmas Day doubleheader on Netflix that will come as part of Week 17 of the 2025 NFL season.
It will start with an NFC East matchup as the Cowboys will visit the Washington Commanders at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET. After that, NFC North rivals will clash as the Minnesota Vikings play host to the Lions at 1:30 p.m. PT/4:30 p.m. ET.
A third NFL game is slated for the evening of Christmas Day, with the Denver Broncos set to face host Kansas City at 5:15 p.m. PT/8:15 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime Video in an AFC West matchup.
The NFL is releasing the full schedules for all 32 teams later Wednesday, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.
