The primetime games around the league were announced sporadically throughout Wednesday, which included some of the most well-known franchises in the NFL.

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles Rams announced an exciting game on their schedule, marking the first of its kind in franchise history.

Los Angeles is headed to London in Week 7, set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 19.

Upon the release of the announcement, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly Stafford, posted her thoughts on the international game.

After the Los Angeles Rams posted the announcement on social media, which Kelly Stafford shared to her Instagram followers, team president Kevin Demoff commented on the exciting news.

Matthew Stafford is heading into his fifth season with the Los Angeles Rams. He began his career with the Detroit Lions and was ultimately traded out West.

Last season with the Rams, Stafford posted 20 touchdowns and 3,762 yards, completing 65.8% of his pass attempts.
