About the matchup
What makes this matchup so intriguing is that it will take place late in the season. Two polar opposite teams with an unknown path heading into their December meeting.
As it stands, the Bills are expected to bring another AFC-contending powerhouse roster, but one that underperformed offensively in many eyes. Buffalo still reached the AFC championship game where they were once again bounced by Patrick Mahomes and Co.
Cleveland is coming off a tumultuous 3-14 campaign that was marred with misfortune and misery. Joe Flacco has returned for a second stint, while defensive centerpiece Myles Garrett has decided to help accelerate the rebuild. Cleveland will try to replenish their running back room and sort out a mixed bag of mystery at the quarterback position, which has been a reoccurring theme for the better part of 25 years and counting.
