There could be as many as 10 nationally televised games, including at least four in prime time and one on Thanksgiving Day.
There will be a home opener on opening day for the first time since 2018, a bye in week five and three of the last four on the road.
Wednesday night the NFL announced its schedule and the Packers have some interesting scenarios ahead of them. Here's a game by game breakdown.
Week 1: Detroit at GB — Playing one of the most important games of the season in week one could change the way the team operates during preseason. Matt LaFleur is 3-3 in season openers. Detroit's Dam Campbell is 2-2.
Week 2: Washington at GB (Thursday night) — The Packers have not lost to the Redskins, The Football Team or the Commanders at home since 1986. Washington is 0-6 at Lambeau since then.
Week 3: at Cleveland — LaFleur's only game against the Browns came on Christmas Day in 2021, a 24-22 win. The Packers have won four straight and six of the last seven in this matchup.
Week 4: at Dallas (Sunday night) — Including the playoffs and Super Bowl XLV the Packers are a perfect 6-0 at Jerry World. This is the first time since 2010 the Packers and Cowboys will meet on Sunday night. We know how that season ended.
Week 5: Bye — The last time the Packers had a bye this early was 2020. They began 4-0 and finished 13-3 that season.
Week 6: Cincinnati at Green Bay — This will be just the 15th meeting between the two teams. The Packers won the last two, both in overtime, and are 6-1 at Lambeau.
Week 7: at Arizona — It was one of, if not, the best game of the season for the Pack last year when they beat the Cards at home. Can they make it a double in the desert?
Week 8: at Pittsburgh (Sunday night) — If all goes as planned and an older QB can stay healthy through seven weeks, you've been waiting three years for this Sunday night.
Week 9: Carolina — Including the NFC Championship Game, the Packers are 7-1 against the Panthers at Lambeau.
Week 10: Philadelphia (Monday night) — The defending Super Bowl champs have beaten the Packers four of the last five times they met, but only one of those games was in Green Bay. The Eagles are 2-7 in their last nine at Lambeau.
Week 11: at Giants — Traveling on a short week is never easy. Neither is playing the Giants on the road where the Packers have lost three of their last four.
Week 12: Minnesota — This will only be the second division game for the Pack and it comes in week 12. That means five of the last seven will be against the NFC North.
Week 13: at Detroit (Thanksgiving) — More travel on a short week. The Packers have won on Thanksgiving the past two years beating the Lions and Dolphins. Overall they are16-20-2 and 9-12-1 against Detroit.
Week 14: Chicago — Again not playing the Bears until week 14 is just odd. And they will play them again in two weeks.
Week 15: at Denver — This is the first time the Packers will see the Sean Payton Broncos. They were 3-5 against him in when he was in New Orleans.
Week 16: at Chicago (Saturday) — For the third time this season the Packers will travel on a short week. At least it's not a far trip. And it's at Soldier Field where the Packers have won 14 straight.
Week 17: Baltimore — Hard to believe the Packers have never faced Ravens QB Lamar Jackson. Maybe they'll get lucky and he'll sit out this one.
Week 18: at Minnesota — For the first time since 2015 the Packers close the regular season against the Vikings. It's been either the Lions or Bears every other year since.
