NFL Analyst Talks About Aaron Rodgers Facing the Green Bay Packers Potentially In 2025

Each team had its schedule announced for the 2025 NFL season on Wednesday night. The Packers are going to open up the season at home against the Detroit Lions. However, there is one game on the schedule that could be interesting for Green Bay fans later in the 2025 season.
In week 8, the Packers will be on the road to face the Steelers. Rodgers has not yet signed with Pittsburgh, but there is a chance that he can still sign with them. If this is the case, it would be the first time that he would be facing his former team since being traded from Green Bay to the New York Jets during March of 2023.

Rodgers is 41 years old, and he is going to turn 42 years old on December 2. If Rodgers signs with the Steelers, it would be interesting to see a matchup between him and quarterback Jordan Love. There would be a lot of headlines with this matchup. It would be interesting to see how head coach Matt LaFleur would try and slow down the former quarterback he used to coach in Green Bay.
