Baltimore Ravens’ Roquan Smith Throws Down Gauntlet at Buffalo Bills

The Baltimore Ravens fell in the AFC Divisional round in Buffalo, against the Bills, last season and won’t need to wait long to get their revenge.

Baltimore, in fact, opens up the 2025 campaign in prime time, on Sunday Night Football, against the Bills, back in Buffalo.

After coming a dropped two-point conversion attempt shy of advancing to the AFC Championship Game, Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith has already started the war-of-words between the AFC rivals and potential Super Bowl favorites ahead of this season kicking off in four months.

“Yeah, just how I like it,” Smith said. “Revenge is best served as a cold dish, you know. So, it will be nice to get up to Buffalo and get a little payback for those guys from the end of the year.”

The Ravens fell in Week 1 to the Kansas City Chiefs, when tight end Isaiah Likely’s toe was out of bounds on a touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson. Smith and Baltimore hope that the season gets off to a better start than last and how last season ended for the Ravens.
