Jack Bech: Raiders Sleeper Wide Receiver Dynasty Outlook

Jack Bech was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders in the second round (58th overall) in the 2025 NFL Draft. He was part of a complete offensive revamp with new head coach Pete Carroll in Vegas. Can Bech overtake Jakobi Meyers for the WR1, and what is his dynasty outlook?

Dynasty Outlook for Jack Bech

Current Production

Bech spent two seasons at LSU before transferring to TCU to finish his final two seasons in college. Bech only had 59 career receptions at LSU. He only had twelve catches in eight games in 2023 before finishing strong in 2024. He had 62 receptions for 1,034 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. Bech did not have much career production in college, even though he was a four-year player. Bech will find success at the NFL level because he is a physical receiver, he plays all over the field, and he does not drop passes. The Raiders can play him anywhere on the field, making him a versatile weapon.

Bech Dynasty Price

According to KeepTradeCut, a website that crowdsources dynasty values from players who use the site, Bech is the WR49. Before the NFL Draft, he was the WR90, meaning fantasy managers are in love with his landing spot. He is ranked right behind Courtland Sutton, Davante Adams, and Michael Pittman, while ahead of Jakobi Meyers, Jauan Jennings, and Deebo Samuel. Fantasy managers seem indifferent about Meyers and Bech, who are ranked right next to each other. Bech is being drafted in the late second round of rookie dynasty drafts.

Bech Dynasty Outlook

The Raiders completely revamped their offense under new head coach Pete Carroll. First, they went out and traded for veteran quarterback Geno Smith. This is a massive upgrade over Aidan O’Connell and Gardner Minshew. Next, the Raiders used the sixth overall pick in the Draft on superstar running back Ashton Jeanty. An elite running game will open up the passing attack. Bech was one of three wide receivers selected by the Raiders. They also draftedDont’e Thornton Jr. and Tommy Mellott.

The WR1 on the team is Jakobi Meyers, who had a decent season last year. Behind him, the depth chart is wide open. Bech should have no issue being the WR2 on the team. However, tight end Brock Bowers exists. He was a target merchant last season, and that will continue in 2025.

Bech’s dynasty outlook and success will depend on whether he can pass Meyers for the WR1 role on the team and earn enough targets to be productive. The Raiders will be a run-first offense with Jeanty and with Bowers getting the most targets, Bech will need to prove he is better than Meyers to be fantasy productive. Expect this to happen later in the season. Bech is physical and versatile enough to succeed in the NFL, and he will pass Meyers on the depth chart.

Should You Draft Jack Bech in Dynasty Leagues?

Yes, Bech is a great pick at the end of the second round in dynasty rookie drafts. After Bech, the wide receiver options start to dwindle in rookie drafts. There is not much depth after him. Bech will probably get off to a slow start to the season, but once he passes Meyers and earns more targets, he will be a great fantasy and real-life receiver.
