Along with the rest of the NFL, the 2025 Tampa Bay Buccaneers schedule was released on Wednesday evening, with some notable dates.
The Bucs are on a run of four straight NFC South titles, tied for the most consecutive since the division was created in 2002. The New Orleans Saints also won four in a row from 2017 to 2020.
Tampa Bay can make it a record five straight in 2025, but not without some work.
This year's calendar features four important primetime games, including two Monday Night Football matchups with the Houston Texans (Week 2) and Detroit Lions (Week 7). The trip to Houston could be extra motivation for a win for future Hall of Fame wideout Mike Evans, who was born in nearby Galveston.
It will also be the fourth time in three seasons the Bucs and Lions have met.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield will return to the city that resurrected his career from its near-death in Carolina, as the Bucs visit the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.

The Bucs are tied for the 14th-easiest schedule in the NFL with their opponents this season posting a combined .481 winning percentage last year.
Perhaps the most important date on the 2025 schedule is the Week 15 contest against who many think will be the biggest challenger of the Bucs for another division title, the Atlanta Falcons.
Tampa Bay got swept by the Falcons last season with a 36-30 overtime tilt on Thursday Night Football in Week 5 and a 31-26 loss at home. Both of those games were with Kirk Cousins under center for Atlanta, and it's expected that second-year quarterback Michael Penix Jr. will start for the Falcons in 2025.
The matchup against arch-rival Atlanta could have massive division and, therefore, postseason implications.
