If there has been a clear theme surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles in recent years - other than their Super Bowl success - it's the fact they continue to churn out quality people in their front office.
So much so that when the time for promotions come, organizations around the league target Philadelphia's assistants more than others.
Former assistants to general manager Howie Roseman like Ian Cunningham, Brandon Brown, Andy Weidl, Joe Douglas, Andrew Berry, and Catherine Raiche have all found promotions around the league over the last decade.
Another assistant has just left as well.
Philadelphia lost Senior Scouting Director Brandon Hunt to the Las Vegas Raiders in a promotion that makes him their VP of Player Personnel.
Hunt's departure is a massive one for the Eagles. Has has overseen Philadelphia's roster overhaul of young players taken throughout the draft in recent years. Raiders general manager John Spytek has moved quickly this offseason to surround himself with great talent in the front office.
It made sense why he would look to poach from Philadelphia.
Despite the consistent departures of assistants, the Eagles have found a way to remain among the best teams in the league. The reason, of course, is Roseman.
With all the departures in the front office, the fact that the Eagles haven't missed a beat yet shows that the team is willing to grow and develop young talent in the executive side of things just as much as on the field.
It allows for their pipeline to continue to be among the best in the league.
And the envy of every executive as well.
