The 29-year-old joined Dortmund in the summer of 2024 from VfB Stuttgart, having scored an impressive 30 goals in 30 appearances.
His debut season at Dortmund has been even more prolific, with the Guinea international netting 33 goals and providing nine assists across all competitions.
Guirassy's outstanding goal-scoring record has naturally attracted interest from several top European clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.
Luis Enrique's PSG have been heavily linked with a move for the striker and he is understood to be on the French giants' shortlist of targets.
However, Guirassy is believed to have a €70m release clause in his current Dortmund contract — though it reportedly only applies to a select number of clubs.
