GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Former Green Bay Packer running back AJ Dillion and his wife stopped by Feeding America on Friday as part of their “Carry for a Cause” campaign.
The Dillion Family Foundation packed and distributed 1,400 backpacks with shelf-stable snacks to House of Hope. The “Carry for a Cause” campaign ran throughout the 2024-2025 NFL season.
For every Packers home game rushing yard, the Dillion Family Foundation pledged to donate one backpack of food to a child in need.
“We’re all about combating hunger and food insecurity and giving resources for families,” Dillion said.
Dillon will be in attendance on Friday night at the inaugural Fox Valley “Pickleball for a Purpose” fundraiser in Appleton raising money to benefit the Dillon Family Foundation.
