The Kansas City Chiefs made it to Super Bowl LIX last season only to fall short against a Philadelphia Eagles team that won its second-ever Super Bowl, the franchise's first since 2018.
Patrick Mahomes' offseason has become a focal point yet again with many fans commenting on the Chiefs mega star's recent appearances.
On Sunday, a picture of Mahomes and his wife Brittany at a golf event surfaced on social media that had NFL reporter Dov Kleiman sharing fans' thoughts on his appearance.
Fans reacted in the comments section to Kleiman as they attempted to pour cold water on the fire that Kleiman helped start.

"Uh Oh: Patrick Mahomes is going viral as fans claim he looks 'severely out of shape' at a recent golfing event," Kleiman wrote above the viral photo.
Many fans took issue with the unnamed fans' assertions referenced by Kleiman in the comments section.
"Uh oh: Dov is making stuff up again for views," one fan said.
"I watched Big Ben (Roethlisberger) play for 20 years with a dad bod," another fan added.
"This is a perfect golfer shape," another said.
"He will be fine. Mrs. Mahomes looks great," another fan added.
"He don't gotta be jacked to play QB lol," another said.
"Round is a shape," another said with a laughing and crying emoji.
The PGA Golf schedule continued as Scottie Scheffler led the PGA Tour Championship with a score of -10 through seven holes at the PGA Championship Sunday.
