Frimpong's contract details05:32
We've entered the final week of the Premier League season before attention turns firmly to the summer transfer window - with a number of clubs poised to act.
Liverpool won't waste any time in bolstering their champion squad with Jeremie Frimpong set to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has ran down his contract and is poised to join Real Madrid imminently. They are also among those linked with Florian Wirtz.
They face competition from Manchester City, who will wave goodbye to Kevin De Bruyne this week with the Belgian leaving when his deal expires. Across town Manchester United's focus is on Wednesday's Europa League final - which will have a huge influence on their transfer business.
Arsenal have wrapped up second place and know they face a massive summer if they want to take that next step. A move for either Viktor Gyokeres or Benjamin Sesko has been tipped.

Gyokeres coy on next move
Attention has quickly turned to Viktor Gyokeres' future now that Sporting Lisbon have wrapped up the title, but he was non-committal. "It's football, I'm still here," he told Portuguese broadcaster Sport TV via Record. "I don't know what's going to happen. Nobody can predict the future."
Despite this, Arsenal remain very much in the mix for the former Coventry man. A bid in the region of £60million is likely to be enough, but a reunion with Amorim at Manchester United isn't out of the question.

Napoli still keen on Nunez
Napoli remain keen on Darwin Nunez, according to reports in Italy. Sporting director Giovanni Manna is said to have held talks over a move for the Uruguayan, though the Serie A side also have other options.
If Nunez goes down a different route, Jonathan David could find himself at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. The Canadian is out of contract at Lille this summer and available on a free transfer.
Napoli are expected to cash in on Victor Osimhen this summer, with those funds going towards attacking reinforcements. Osimhen has starred for Galatasaray during a loan spell, and is the subject of Premier League interest.

Arsenal board make transfer vow
Arsenal co-chair Josh Kroenke has set the tone for a big summer with Andrea Berta in charge of transfers. Kroenke covered the topic in a letter to fans, which was shared in the programme ahead of the final home league game of the season.
"We plan to invest to get behind winning and doing better next season," the American wrote. "We’re delighted we have our sporting director, Andrea, who will play an important role in this.
"He is part of a unified and strong team, supported by the board, who are crystal clear on exactly what we need to do and the way in which we want to do it. The right way. The Arsenal way."

Frimpong's contract details
Jeremie Frimpong is expected to sign a five-year deal with Liverpool. The Leverkusen star is on his way for a medical, with the deal all but done.
Frimpong's release clause - in the region of £30m - makes things a little more straightforward. He is understood to have already agreed personal terms, and could well be announced as the first new arrival this summer.
Of course, one new signing has already been confirmed the best part of a year ago. Giorgi Mamardashvili is on his way from Valencia, with the Georgian becoming Arne Slot's first signing but only joining this year.
