Packers Will Face 2 Teams In Joint Practices This Summer

The Green Bay Packers know they need to take a leap this season.

As such, they will leave no stone unturned to get ready for the upcoming campaign.

That’s why they will prepare and work out against other NFL teams.

Unlike most teams that have joint practices with one team, the Packers will face two different teams this summer.

According to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, they will have joint practices in Green Bay with the Seattle Seahawks and will visit the Indianapolis Colts.

Those practices will precede their second and third preseason games.

Clearly, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur isn’t messing around.

He wants to have his players ready to roll out of the gate in 2025.

The Packers have more than enough talent to be a legitimate Super Bowl contender, and adding elite wide receiver prospect Matthew Golden in the 2025 NFL Draft only made them scarier.

However, they’ve struggled to get the job done against the top-tier opponents, which is perhaps why LaFleur wants to toughen up before the start of the season.

Hopefully, things won’t get out of hand.

Joint practices are great for preparation but can lead to scuffles and fights.

That’s what you get when you put dozens of competitive athletes on opposing sides of the field.

But as long as they approach it professionally, it will be a positive for both teams involved.
