Peyton Manning is known for being an elite quarterback in his heyday, but has made an entirely new life for himself recently in the television world. With cameos in movies like “You’re Cordially Invited” and the success of he and his brother Eli’s simulcast for most Monday Night Football broadcasts, the five-time MVP winner has embraced this new career after football.
The former Broncos signal caller was recognized for his on-camera talents, as he won the Sports Emmy for ‘Outstanding Personality/Event Analyst’ on Tuesday. This is Manning’s second time winning the award in three years.

Manning won the award over ESPN/ABC’s Troy Aikman, FOX’s Greg Olsen, CBS/FOX/TNT’s Bill Raftery and FOX’s John Smoltz.
On the field, Manning won two Super Bowls (including MVP in Super Bowl 41), five MVPs, a Comeback Player of the Year award in 2012 after coming back from neck surgery, the Walter Payton Man of the Year award in 2005 and two AP Offensive Player of the Year awards. He was a 14-time Pro Bowler and a 7-time All-Pro. He made the All-2000s team as he put up numerous elite seasons with Denver, after they signed him before the 2o12 season, and the Indianapolis Colts.
Off the field, he has won the Sports Emmy for ‘Outstanding Live Series’ in 2022 and 2024 for his role of executive producer on the Monday Night Football “Manningcast” on ESPN2 to go with his two awards for ‘Outstanding Personality/Event Analyst.’
Manning is the founder of Omaha Productions, the entertainment company that produces the “Manningcast” along with some other series such as “Peyton’s Places” that air on ESPN+. For Broncos fans looking to hear their former quarterback, he’s easily accessible on the streaming platform.
