The summer transfer window opens in just 10 days' time and Premier League clubs are preparing to make a rapid start. Arsenal are after a striker and Viktor Gyokeres is their No.1 target.
His future at Sporting Lisbon remains the subject of intense speculation, with a £60million price tag on his head. The Gunners aren't just looking to upgrade the striker position, though, as Real Madrid winger Rodrygo is also on Mikel Arteta's wish-list.
But not all managers can get what they want - just ask Ruben Amorim. His Manchester United side have missed out on a £100million payday after losing the Europa League final to Tottenham on Wednesday.
The Red Devils have already lined up a move for Wolves forward Matheus Cunha by paying his £62.5m release clause. But who follows him through the doors of Old Trafford is unlikely to be another big-money signing.
Liverpool could make the biggest splash by capitalising on their Premier League title win. The newly-crowned champions are battling Bayern Munich in the race to sign the £126m-rated Florian Wirtz, who Manchester City have this week opted against pursuing.

Real Madrid keen on Arsenal target Williams
Real Madrid are interested in signing Nico Williams after Barcelona confirmed that he isn't a target this summer.
According to Marca, Real would be willing to activate his €59million (£49m) release clause.
Arsenal have also been linked 22-year-old Williams.
Barca president Joan Laporta said earlier this week that they were looking at 'other positions' after pursuing the Spain international last year.

Garnacho drops Man Utd exit hint
Alejandro Garnacho has suggested that he's open to leaving Manchester United.
Speaking to Argentine media after losing the Europa League final, the 20-year-old said: "I will try to enjoy the summer and then see what happens."
Napoli and Chelsea have previously been linked with a move.
United could be under pressure to sell academy graduates such as him and Kobbie Mainoo in order to meet Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules.

Flick signs new Barcelona deal
What a first season at Barcelona it's been for Hansi Flick.
A domestic treble (and being minutes away from a Champions League final) has prompted Barca chiefs to hand him a one-year contract extension.
It keeps the German at the Camp Nou - when they finally move back in - until 2027.
FC Barcelona and Hansi Flick have reached an agreement for the renewal of his contract until 2027 ✍️https://t.co/wjX1OlKdvK

Bayern fearing Liverpool in Wirtz battle
Bayern Munich fear that Liverpool will hijack their move for Florian Wirtz after being the frontrunners for months.
Wirtz, 22, is yet to decide his future but it's long been the belief that if he were to leave Bayer Leverkusen, he'd end up in Bavaria.
Now Liverpool are pursuing a move amid Leverkusen's £126million price tag.
According to Kicker, Bayern previously saw Real Madrid as their only competitor but now Arne Slot's side are in the race.
This Premier League champions' sales pitch to the German midfielder during talks last week impressed him and his family, striking fear into this season's Bundesliga title winners.

Arsenal learn Rodrygo price
Arsenal will reportedly have to pay Real Madrid €80million (£67.5m) if they want to sign Rodrygo.
The Brazilian winger is said to be on Mikel Arteta's shortlist alongside Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams.
Rodrgyo, 24, has lost his palce in the Real line-up under outgoing boss Carlo Ancelotti.
According to Cadena SER, the Brazil international's representatives are sounding out the market to gauge interest but Madrid will demand £67.5m to sell him.

Fernandes willing to leave Man Utd
Bruno Fernandes is willing to leave Manchester United if they want to 'cash in' on him this summer.
But the 30-year-old midfielder is happy to stay at Old Trafford, despite the Red Devils' lack of European football next season.
"If the club thinks it's time to part ways because they want to do some cashing in or whatever, it is what it is," Fernandes revealed after last night's 1-0 loss to Tottenham.
