According to Fichajes, the Blues are showing interest in Mario Gila. He is 24 years old Spanish defender who currently plays for Lazio. The report adds that Gila is currently valued at €30 million.
Gila came up through Real Madrid’s academy before playing 2 games for their senior side. Later, he joined Lazio and has now been their key player. He has played 42 games this season. Along with strong defence, he has scored 2 goals to showcase his attacking traits.
Gila can be a very good addition to the Chelsea squad. In contrast, a move to the Blues will be a huge step-up in his career. Chelsea are amongst the biggest clubs in the world. Playing for them will be tempting for Gila who can make his mark in Premier League.
