Emma Byrne knows a thing or two about winning a European cup with Arsenal.
She was between the sticks for our 2007 UEFA Women's Cup success over Umea, and is already making her way to Lisbon for Saturday's UEFA Women's Champions League final against Barcelona.
Speaking to us earlier this week, our former goalkeeper is buzzing for the weekend's huge game in Portugal and is full of belief that we can get the job done.
"I'm bursting with excitement," she said. "I'm going to Lisbon on Thursday and I'll be right there in the stadium full of adrenaline. I've always said it‚ if there's one team that can outplay and beat Barcelona, it's the Arsenal.
"I think we've been the best footballing team in the league. The football we've played and resilience we've shown makes me excited for the future of the club. We have what I call Champions League standard."
"I just knew that every single player in that room was going to give it their all"
Asked for her memories of the 2007 final, Byrne added: "I remember being very busy in the two legs. But what I remember most is the changing room before both games. The girls. We were so united. I just knew that every single player in that room was going to give it their all we weren't going to let each other down."
So what has Byrne been up to since hanging up her boots (and gloves)?
"I had a little break from football when I retired in 2017 but I'm back in the thick of it now," she explained. "I'm goalkeeper coach for the Ireland women's national team and have just finished with Southampton Saints women's team as assistant coach.
I also work co-commentating on WSL games and I'll be in Switzerland for the Euros working with ITV."
