Chelsea know what they need to do at the City Ground on Sunday afternoon. Win against Nottingham Forest and they should qualify for the Champions League next season.
Of course, that is easier said than done. The Blues’ away form has been pretty awful this calendar year and they will have to defy the odds somewhat to get the three points.
A draw may be enough if other results go their way but they can’t really rely on the likes of Manchester United beating Aston Villa or Newcastle losing to Everton at home.
It will be down to Enzo Maresca’s men to do the job themselves, and that will be harder without the suspended Nicolas Jackson.
