Everton are reportedly keen on securing the services of Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande in the summer transfer window.
Despite Idrissa Gueye staying on for another season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, the Toffees are still keen on midfield reinforcements.
David Moyes will be looking for a higher Premier League finish after ending up in 13th place in the 2024/25 campaign.

However, if they are to sell him, they will demand a substantial fee in exchange for his services.
The Merseyside outfit have tracked Diomande for several months and have been impressed with what they’ve seen.
They see him capable of playing multiple roles, including a box-to-box player, a number 10, winger or a holding midfielder.

Everton must act quickly to beat the competition for Diomande
Everton must move quickly to sign Diomande, with six Premier League clubs also vying for his signature.
His price tag could soar to £20million due to his contract running until 2028 and intense competition, making it critical for the Toffees to act first.
Diomande’s ability to excel as a holding midfielder, box-to-box dynamo, or attacking playmaker offers a perfect replacement for Abdoulaye Doucoure, adding flair and energy to the squad.
To get the best from him, Moyes should utilise Diomande in a box-to-box role, capitalising on his relentless work rate and creative spark.
Pairing him with a veteran like Idrissa Gueye would provide balance, allowing Diomande to make surging runs and unlock defences.
By securing him early, the Blues can bolster their midfield and gain an edge in their push for a top-half Premier League finish.
