Wolves fans are still dealing with the departure of Matheus Cunha, something that may be even harder given his latest dazzling performance.
Following months of constant links and rumours, Cunha’s eventual move to Man United came as no surprise in the end.
Cunha said he wanted to leave Wolves back in March, and since then, his inevitable exit has almost been accepted by the Molineux faithful.
Now set to ply his trade for the Red Devils, Cunha has spent the last week or so on international duty with Brazil, showing Wolves fans what they will miss next season.

In his first game since leaving Molineux, Cunha failed to impress against Ecuador, coming on as a second-half substitute in the Selecao’s disappointing 0-0 draw.
Carlo Ancelotti, though, would trust the 26-year-old with a start against Paraguay, and Cunha wouldn’t let his new manager down.
Playing as a more traditional number ten, the Brazilian thrived behind Vinicius Junior, even providing the assist for the Real Madrid man’s goal.

Despite also missing an open goal on the night, Cunha’s performance still earned plaudits, with Brazilian media singing the praises of the former Wolves man.
BolaVIP claimed Cunha went from zero to hero, with his performance even being described as ‘hell to heaven’ since he managed to assist Vinicius Junior’s goal just ten minutes after missing an easy header.
Tribuna de Petropolis also praised the 26-year-old, lauding his expert ‘centre-forward play’ for Vinicius Junior’s match-winning goal.
Ancelotti also earned plaudits from O Globo for his decision to bring Cunha into the side, alongside several other changes.
Wolves need to secure Cunha replacement fast
Everyone at Molineux will recognise that replacing Cunha will be no easy task this summer.
With that being said, it seems like Fosun already have some options in mind.
Molineux News reported earlier this month that SC Braga attacker Roger Fernandes is on Wolves’ radar, with the Portuguese youngster being eyed as a long-term option in attack.

OGC Nice forward Evan Guessand has also attracted interest from Wolves, after an impressive campaign in Ligue 1.
Whoever Wolves do end up going for, they must get it right, otherwise Fosun could face the risk of relegation.
