Despite Manchester United’s sensational interest in Bryan Mbeumo in the last couple of weeks, it’s been reported that the Red Devils won’t be rushed into completing the deal.
After confirming the signing of Matheus Cunha shortly after the conclusion of the 2024/25 campaign, Manchester United were then heavily linked with the likes of Mbeumo and Victor Gyokeres.
While it may appear that talks with Brentford had hit a snag in the last 24 hours, the Manchester Evening News reported that United are expected to continue ‘prioritizing’ the Cameroon star next week.
It is believed that United will submit a second bid for Mbeumo, which will be closer to Brentford’s £60 million evaluation of the player.
Elsewhere, United have also been linked with Ghana international Mohammed Kudus. Various reports in the media suggested that the English giants could use Jadon Sancho has part of a swap deal to bring the former Ajax Amsterdam star to Old Trafford.
